Approach.

Thanks so much for reading my profile. I would like to promote that I am HypNOtherapy! I aim to create an informal and non clinical environment which feels safe for us to discuss Misophonia.

I have put together a programme which explores why react to specific sensory stimuli and how to lower the level of reactivity we may feel about it. There is a lot of focus on the anticipatory anxiety and discussion of states which contribute to our strong reactions.

I am based in the UK and offer face to face sessions as well as online appointments to all English speaking clients. The minimum age for my programme is 15 years +
