From Triggers to Trailheads: Using Misophonia as a Means for Self-Discovery and Growth

In-person

About the Session

This session explores how misophonia can serve as a pathway toward greater self-understanding, healing, and personal growth. Sara Barrick will share the personal insights her own misophonia led her to—and how working through those deeper issues ultimately resulted in no longer experiencing misophonia, while also helping her live more freely and authentically. Sara will also share common themes that emerge in her work with misophonia clients, along with key components that help make discovery-oriented work meaningful and transformative.
